The Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS)
The Institute of International and Strategic Studies (IISS) of Peking University (PKU) hosted the visit of a delegation of South Korean Universities and Think Tanks led by Lee Tai Hwan, Director of the Center for China Studies of the Sejong Institute of South Korea. Guan Guihai, the Executive Vice President of IISS, PKU, presided over the meeting, in which the two sides carried out an academic discussion on challenges and opportunities for the peace and development of the Asia-Pacific region,and the necessity for strengthening China-South Korea communication and mutual trust, and etc.
Dr. Chen Changwei and Dr. Lei Shaohua from IISS, PKU, Hu Bo, Research Fellow of the Institution of Ocean Research, PKU, and other Chinese scholars also attended the meeting.
